We schedule children for “Well-child check-ups” at the following intervals.

•     Newborn
•     1 month
•     2 months – 3 shots, 1 oral vaccine
•     4 months - 3 shots, 1 oral vaccine
•     6 months – 3 shots
•     9 months
•     1 year – 4 shots, lead toe prick
•     15 months - 2  shots
•     18 months – 1 shot
•     2 years – lead toe prick
•     3 years
•     4 years- 3 shots
•     5 years
